Keith Olberman is a Big Douche

Not a chance he just killed his career as serious journalist this week . TV sets will be clicking off around the country when Keith shows up. Watch.

I'd hate to lose his voice - especially given the times - but he's a knob-gobbler of the highest order, no matter his affiliation.

 

Boom, those sets have been off on other channels for quite a while now.

Partially agree. I think he is a very good orator, and he calls down fire and brimstone as well as anyone on national TV who isn't a screamer.

But he has made a name for himself jumping on the most popular bandwagon in the world, and using big words to dscribe his hatred for President Bush. I don't remember Olbermann being among those condemning the Administration four years ago, but now that everyone is clear Iraq and the Bush presidency are failures, there's Olbermann, talking loudly and getting everyone to say "Genius!" when in actuality they should say "Opportunist!"

But among TV people, I reserve the term "douchebag of the highest order" for the likes of Anderson Cooper and his self-serving brand of "journalism."
