My wife suggests -- after looking at both photos -- that Heigl may actually be too beautiful to play Jackie.

Okay, but is Knocked Up funnier with more F-bombs?

For that matter, is Scarface more violent with more F-bombs?

It's either funny/violent or not, seems to me.

A great film, that was nearly ruined by Diaz...

Saw it last night and enjoyed it. It was funny, thought I could have done with out the crowning scene.

I also could have done without a couple bringing their 4 or 5-year-old daughter to the 10:05 pm showing. WTF is wrong with parents these days?

I saw it today and liked it a lot - much more than 40 Year Old Virgin. I closed my eyes for all but a fraction of a second of the crowning scene.

Seth Rogen and his friends make me laugh. Seeing Knocked Up made me want to break out the Freaks and Geeks DVD set.

I liked it, but not as much as I expected. I guess sometimes you can get your expectations a little too high for a movie and it just doesn't live up to them.

Saw it, loved it, kicked 40-year-old virgin's ass.

And this may say more about me than I intend it to, but I didn't notice a prevalence of F-bombs.

The AP's film critic, Christy Something, said it was best film of the year so far on Siskel Ebert and Roeper.
She was the fill-in for Ebert. Roeper had a movie called the Lookout and it looked good, but I don't think it made much of a run in my town.

Saw it and Ocean's 13 with central-ky-kid on Friday. I couldn't stop laughing during Knocked Up, except for when the movie turned all serious for a bit.

    5 stars, all the way.
