    Almost anybody seems more likable when they have their kids around.

    Do you remember how much mileage ESPN got out of Bonds' daughters joking around at a press conference a few years back? Hell, they still show it.

    That's what I was thinking. The guy's not going to start throwing stuff around, swatting microphones, cussing people out, etc. if his children are right there with him.

    I'd consider it an unnecessary annoyance, but I'd certainly play the game.
