LA area question

    Uhhh, sometimes. It's not as secret as you think.

    There are times where Sepulveda -- think the Intracostal Waterway of streets -- is positively unnavigatible. Usually when there's some kind of raging accident on the 405 and everyone exists stage right or left thinking Sepulveda is a quaint and secret alternative.

    Unless you're already there, it isn't.

    Take the red line subway to Union Station, and take the Metrolink train from there. The Metrolink stops in the parking lot of Angel Stadium.

    Ask at the hotel about the closest red line stop, probably Hollywood/Highland or Hollywood/Vine. The hotel might be able to give you a ride, or else it's a short cab ride.

    Also, make sure to check the Metrolink timetable, as the last train back to Union Station usually leaves Anaheim at about 10 p.m. and night games sometimes go beyond 10 p.m.
