just amazed that someone can turn a short story into a three-hour movie.

(the last 25 minutes or so I was just really anxious for the thing to be done. I think they could have found a way to end it shortly after he watched her leave following their final get-together. could have been done in maybe 5 minutes.)

I think pitt was the movie. makeup, obviously, really good. costuming great ... just the movie as a whole? don't get the nomination.

 

It was the one big studio flick this year? There's always one, ya know.

I just got done with Triplets of Belleview. Another one I waited too long to watch. It's wonderful!

 

There is a difference between great movie-making and a great movie. Benjamin Button was the former.

 

liked it. wasn't quite prepared for the repeated full frontal there ... but good movie.

 

And if there was going to be repeated full frontal, it should have been the other person in that scene. That would have made it the best movie ever.

 

Just watched that tonight for the first time. quite funny.

Also saw State of play last week in the theatre. Good show, well done.

 

Wouldn't have been nearly as funny then. Chicks nekkid aren't funny, but guys funny are. I blame the penis. It's funny looking when it's flacid

 

I there is a chance for nekkid Kristen Bell, I will glady surrender the goddamn funny.

 

Yea, but you don't make up the majority of the moving-going public. We do, and we're exercising our "nekkid chicks aren't funny" power

(and there were NO cute guys in that entire movie. you guys got two cute girls, even if they did keep their clothes on)
