    The Virgin Suicides.

Hmm. Dark, creepy, intriguing. And it makes me really appreciate early Heart. Magic Man really was an awesome song.

And Rules of Attraction is on IFC right now. Just went through the Victor Europe montage.

Could be one of my top 5 favorite movies.

And hell if I never realized that was Robin Thicke singing that dope ass song with the Beethoven beat when Jessica Biel is doing lines of coke at the "Dressed to Get Screwed Party." Holy crap, that's a great song.

All those lines that are cliches, now . . they weren't, then.

All of us have these kind of skeletons in their closet, in one way or
another. I'd never seen "The Wild Bunch" until this year.
    I've STILL never seen "2001" . . . and don't give a shit.

The plot was more disjointed than an episode of Family Guy. The toasting at rehearsal dinner scene seemed to last about an hour by itself. I thought the drama was shallow and I didn't really care about any of the characters.

Having said that, I figure someone who's gone through the whole wedding hell thing, particularly a female, might have related more.

I am female and I hated Rachel Getting Married. The camera work made me nauseous for one, but the characters were so self-indulgent. I wanted the house to blow up. The father, in particular, deserved a kick in the groin. I am not a violent person and I rarely have such strong negative reactions to movies, but man, I HATED this movie.

I feel like I'm living in an alternate universe right now.

If it's any consolation, I though Anne Hathaway did a great job.
