I actually saw that one in the theater when it was out. There are movies you go see that you like, those that you hate, and those that are almost instantly forgettable. "Three to Tango" definitely fell in the third category.

  2. I think The Craft was the only one of her movies I've seen.

She was in an Altman movie called 'The Company' that I really liked.
    Early 2000s, I think.

She also gets bonus points for appearing in early "kids in the hall" episodes.

    Not "Wild Things"???!!

C'mon Evil ... certain scenes from that movie helped build the Internet! :)

  6. I have never seen Wild Things.
Yea, I know..... I'll be in my shame closet if you need me.

I saw Beyond the other night and it was a blast. Certainly as good as Into Darkness if not better. Lin did a good job.

We watched "The Little Prince" on Netflix. It's a well-done adaptation of the classic book that blends the trials of growing up and growing old.

The film won a major award in France, but U.S. distribution fell through and Netflix picked it up. It might end up in enough theaters to qualify for the Academy Awards animated division.

Also recently seen on House of Cards FWIW.

Saw Suicide Squad yesterday. Pretty fun movie. Those who are panning it for lack of plot are expecting the wrong thing. Lots of action. Shit get blown up. Some funny moments. Oh, and Margot Robbie. I was entertained.

We're two discs in first season of that show. Yes, we still get DVDs. We have no landline on our property and all of our data stream is through cell plan, so muy expensive.

Anyway, although I think the show suffers some major strains on credibility, I have liked it. I really had no interest in the series. People have been recommending it to me. Another person at home finally demanded we put it in Netflix queue. I had no intention of watching it, just figured she could watch it by herself.

But now I'm kind of into it.

RE: Credibility, there is a fair measure of Machiavellian hyperbole bordering on satire. I pretty quickly got to the point of viewing it as a group character study and the over-the-top stuff really doesn't bother me.

Went to see Star Trek Beyond today and really enjoyed it. When I first saw the original Star Trek reboot, I never thought I'd enjoy this new cast so much, but I do. It was sad seeing the scenes with Yelchin though.

Also liked how the plotline went with the villain and why he did what he did. And having Idris Elba play him didn't hurt, either.

And, finally, I gained a new appreciation for the song "Sabotage."
