Saw "Angels and Demons" today. Haven't read the book but it was a good popcorn kind of flick.

I'm catching up on Entourage DVDs. Is the crazy Indie director supposed to be Soderbergh?
Right now I'm watching Religulous - Bill Maher's take on faith. He does such a bad job with his argument, the guy who played Jesus at the theme park came off as making more sense.

Star Trek IV. I'm rewatching all of them after seeing the reboot. I don't remember this flick being so damned funny when I saw it as a child. I musta been too obsessed with the whales to notice the humor.

    I think it was Gallo.

Interesting that the Aquaman thing was based on Wahlberg starring in A Perfect Storm.

If anyone wants a pretty hilarious romantic comedy, 'It Happened One Night' just started on TCM.

    Clark Gable is just wonderful.

I was thinking the Medallin storyline on Entourage was a riff on Soderbergh's "Che."

Just got done with "The Pianist." A good movie, but it didn't really tell me anything I didn't know already. It was like Castaway meets Schindler's List.

Two movies on the plane coming and going on vacation.

Finally caught Frost/Nixon and thought it was quite enjoyable. Really thought they did a nice job highlighting Nixon's insecurity and motives ($$$).

Watched the Wilco Ashes of American Flags live DVD. Outstanding. Bonus -- free download of the concert available off a link from the DVD. Bangin.

I saw it over the weekend and completely agree. I also saw "Tyson," which I found fascinating.
