Last movie you watched......

Agree completely. It may go down as one of the worst Best Picture winners ever.

 

One of my top five favorite films ever.

 

Yeah, caught part of Fight Club on Fuse the other night. Love that flick.

Came home with a healthy buzz and passed out watching the last half of Superbad last night ... kinda starting to like that movie the more and more I watch it. Parts of it suck, but parts of it are pretty awesome, especially the Michael Cera "These Eyes" solo, followed by the cops hitting Jonah Hill whilst listening to "These Eyes."

Oh, and Cera trying to calm himself down whilst slamming tequila by himself in the bathroom.

"It's OK. It's OK. She likes you. She wants to suck on your penis."

 

Watched "Taken" last night. Nice, enjoyable action movie.
Good action flick for Liam Neeson.

 

Finally saw "Slumdog Millionaire" last night. Great ending - I kind of expected it but didn't expect it. Has anyone read the book, "Q&A"?

 

Not yet. It's on the bookshelf though.

 

Terminator

It has held up very well in the last 20+ years. Although it did make me hate Terminator: Salvation that much more.

 

So, a female friend and I went to the movies today. I wanted to see The Hangover, she wanted to see The Proposal. Neither of us were too bothered by the other so we left it up to fate and tossed a quarter. She won.

The Proposal actually wasn't half bad. I like chick flicks...as long as they're not terribly predictable...and though this one ended up where I thought it would, the ride itself was actually pretty good.

Solid effort from Ryan Reynolds and Betty White damn near stole the show. Credit to Sandra Bullock but only for her body in the shower/nude scene. Good stuff.

All in all, not a bad flick to sit through. Some damn good one-liners too. 7/10

 

Just watched Role Models. Not too shabby.

 

Made the mistake of watching "Mall Cop."

Major suckage.
