They have some pretty good movies on Netflix.com for free. You have to watch in an IE-compatible browser, but I've watched a ton of their movies online.

Yeah, I think I'm going to have to look into that a bit more. I've watched a bunch of stuff from them (Mainly the Jericho and Coupling TV Shows) but I like being able to sit on my couch while watching things and sometimes Redbox is just easier.

It's possible to run Netflix On Demand through a Tivo. I don't know how from a technical standpoint, but I watched a couple of movies at my friend's house last weekend -- no computer required. I think it's also possible to plug a laptop into the TV somehow, so whatever you stream will show up on the TV screen.

You can also run NetFlix on Demand through some gaming systems. I don't understand how it works cause I don't have a gaming system, but Netflix has a pretty in-depth explanation of how to do it.

'Raise the Red Lantern,' beautifully shot.

    It also stars Gong Li:

After sitting through Bruno I went and saw Pelham 1 2 3 yesterday. That was a very cool film.

Finally finished watching Wall-e. Now, I can't stop humming that song from "Hello Dolly."

Still need to see that, though I think it flamed out at theatres. Still intrigued by a Washington-Travolta matchup.

I thought "Wall-E" was pretty damn unbearable. I mean, I get the message and everything, but, man, what a boring flick.

Thank you! I thought I was the only one!

Wall-E is alone and he has big sad eyes. Did we really need 40 minutes to establish that point?

I really liked it. Washington was Washington and Travolta was good also, one of the cooler films I have seen recently. The time flew by in the theater.

Skipped through "Bruno" today. Some laughs, but not many.
