By the way, not that it means much, but GI Joe is at 91% on RT. Ten good reviews with one bad. I'm sure that number will dip the closer we get to Friday.

Had no interest in this until I saw the preview this afternoon. Now it's on my list.

I am not sure I can sit through a film in which Channing Tatum has a large speaking part.

That is interesting because Paramount has decided not screen the movie for critics before Friday's opening. That's usually not a good sign.

Yeah, I read that over on Film Drunk so I was a bit confused. I kind of want to see it, just for the nostalgic factor, but if it's a train wreck, I'll stay away till it hits DVD.

Just finished "I Love You, Man" and thought it was good.

I had low expectations for it, and after seeing the previews a couple of times, I decided I'd wait for the DVD too. It doesn't look like it has much in common with the cartoon I loved as a kid (except for character names). I saw a blurb yesterday where Sienna Miller (Baroness) said she isn't interested in watching the movie.

Good point -- the music was good.

  10. This is prolly a stupid questions, but is the movie in Swedish, i.e. are there subtitles?

Been a while since I saw it, but I'm pretty sure it was subtitled.
