Last movie you watched......

I'm watching Eagle Eye right now and, frankly, I'm about to turn it off.

 

Saw 'Talk to Me' on HBO. Good flick. Don Cheadle was great as the convict-turned-D.J., but Chiwetel Ejiofor stole the film as the producer who sticks his neck out (and damn near gets it chopped off) for Cheadle's character.

 

I became the last person in the U.S. to see "The Dark Knight" last week.

Loved it to death, and I think I enjoyed it more because I watched it without any hype surrounding it. Other than the buzz about Ledger's acting, no one had told me anything about the film. Definitely worth a re-watch before I send it back to Blockbuster.

 

Again, not to me. Don't know what that says...

 

Found Before The Devil Knows You're Dead to be a very depressing picture. Stuck it out, but will never look at it, again.

 

I've almost bought that three times, but just wasn't willing to drop $20 on a movie I know little to nothing about. The naked Marissa Tomei factor almost pushed me to do it, but even I'm not that desperate. Yet.

 

BTW, watching "The Goonies" right now. Goddamn, I love this movie.

Data just got saved by his "Pinchers of Power." I have to admit, as a 5-year-old or whatever, I thought plastic chompers could effectively be used to save me if I were falling from a tree or something. Sadly, I was mistaken. May or may not explain a lot about me now.

 

Saw "The Wrestler" today, and Tomei is all kinds of naked in that, too. Going naked at 40 is a rare actress move, but damn she looks great. Where was this 15 years ago? Isn't there something in the bible about hiding your candle under a basket or something? When you have a gift like that, you are obligated to share it.

 

No one told you anything about the film?

First Sunday. Caught it this morning.

 

I watched Broken Flowers. Didn't hate it. Kind of loved it.
