Drag Me To Hell - Some funny moments, but predictable and a bit boring.

Hard Candy is great. Page is brutal in the best possible way.

"A Christmas Story" -- on DEC. 9, mind you.

I liked 'Drag Me to Hell.' I thought it was fun.
We had kids talking loudly behind us, and I couldn't get them to stay quiet for more than 10 minutes at a time.
GF was very upset. I still enjoyed the movie.

HC & I took in a doubleheader at our local Cineplex.

"Up in the Air" and "The Road"

Two different movies for a Monday afternoon and can't recommend either one enough.

And both star my two favourite actors: George Clooney and Viggo Mortensen who I've acquired a new admiration for because he's a HUGE hockey fan.

    'Paper Heart' = good
'Battle Royale' = a lot of fun

LOVE Battle Royale, and hope they never try to remake it for U.S. audiences. You could never make that movie here now. They'd fill it with pretty actors from CW shows and take the edge off the premise somehow.

Love, Actually - All the SportsJournalists.com nation hype on this one is right on the money, although I could see where watching this might cause you to do something extremely stupid in chasing a potential love interest around Christmas.

Just watched the end of Lost Horizon. Interesting flick, especially for its time.
