'King of Comedy' = great, had never watched it before
'Marathon Man' = not as good as I remebered it
    'The Relic' = terrible
'It's Going to Get Loud' = very good but should have been even better

I remember reading that Apatow once told Segel that if he wanted to play the lead in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," he'd have to write the screenplay himself, because he wasn't good-looking enough to be cast as the lead in someone else's movie.

Maybe it's just the way it was shot - but the new Jonah Hill movie's previews makes everyone look kinda gross.

I watched The Mist while hungover on Sunday afternoon.

It was better than a lot of other Stephen King books transfered to movies. It dragged a few times. But it spoke to a lot of human nature, especially when man is driven by utter fear. Pretty twisted ending, too.

Caught "Flyboys" on the tube last night. I gotta say, I heard horrible things about it when it was in the theaters, but I kinda dug it. A sort of low-tech "Top Gun."

    "The Endurance"

A documentary about Ernest Shackleton's failed expedition to Antarctica in the 1910s. Really cool. Then again, I have a weird interest in Antarctic exploration.

I'm watching "This Film is Not Yet Rated" which is outstanding.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to see it.

I saw 'This Film Not Yet Rated' several years ago and was a little disappointed.

The deleted scenes from Team America were worth it.

I'm a WWI aviation buff who saw this in the theater. Awful.

I'm not saying it wasn't any good. It's just such a really fascinating topic. I think they could have provided a lot more depth and analysis, even with the lack of cooperation.
Anyway, I'm a nerd about documentaries.

The Shackleton story is amazing. There's a great Imax documentary as well as a very good 2-part TV movie starring Kenneth Branagh which was made by A&E.
