It's odd, because I can't remember her from Juno but she has a very memorable look about her. Anyway, she's definitely a keeper and has a healthy dose of Ellen Page in her.

I thought Kingsley just hit it out of the park. Surprised he didn't get more awards buzz.

Mall Cop will be the next movie I watch. I don't care if anyone wants to go with me.

I don't know why I do it to myself, but I just saw the original Casino Royale satire from the 60's and 1941. Both were as bad as advertised. Figured they each had to have some redeeming quality, but no. A lot of yelling, a lot of really bad editing, and camera shot selection that helped overshadow a nonsensical and boring script. But there were a ton of big names in each. 1941 is especially surprising because Spielberg directed it. Even his bad movies are usually technically well put-together..

"Bitches I like em brainless..." Kingsley cracked me up quoting B.I.G. I was impressed with Peck's performance. Not bad for a Nickelodeon kid. And I can look at Famke all day.

That was indeed hilarious. Agree on Peck too. For a Nickelodeon kid with little acting experience to come in there and play a credible young inner city drug-dealing anti-social virgin...not the easiest of tasks.

And Aaron Yoo seems to be in everything these days.

Caught "My Best Enemy" the other night. It is an Italian comedy with English subtitles.

Two enemies (one in his 50s, the other in his early 20s) eventually have to learn to depend on each other while searching a woman. The woman is the 50-year old's daughter and the 20-something's girlfriend.

Although it is a simple premise, it is a fairly amusing 110 minutes.

Aw, come on -- 1941 was a lot of fun. I don't think Spielberg intended it to be anything other than that.

The David Niven Casino Royale was truly horrifying.

Spielberg remains embarassed by '41, today. And should be. As evidence by the final product, the script was utter shit, and Belushi was far off his best form.
