"Diggers" with Paul Rudd, the dude who played Shep on ER and Maura Tierney.

    Cheeky and fun.

Watching "Jennifer's Body" again, damn that's a good movie just to watch and unwind. Fox is a moron and horrible actress, but the movie isn't even really about here, it's about Seyfried's character, and she's awesome.

Does it really matter how horrible an actress Megan Fox is?

    In the past several days:
'Edge of Darkness' = not good
'Chloe' = not good but wanted to like it
'A Single Man' = not good but wanted to like it
'The Wolfman' = too boring to actively dislike

Watched "Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation" on one of the Encore channels late last night. God-awful for the most part (Leatherface as a transvestite?). It was funny, though, to see date-movie staples Matthew McConaughey and Renee Zellweger slumming in a before-they-were-stars C-grade slasher flick.

Watched "The Wedding Date" on TV again tonite. I'm not a Debra Messing fan, but I think I've got a serious crush on Sarah Parish, who plays the cousin "TJ." She's... um, well... "earthy," as I think the Brits put it, and has all the best lines of the movie:

    "Hello, arsehole!"

"Who's going to buy my hoo-ha a drink!?"

"Darling, why spend anymore time on that horse's ass when Mr. Tie-Me-Up-Tie-Me-Down is standing right over there?"

and, the most memorable, when Dermot Mulroney winks at them from across the room...

"Oh God, I think I've just come."

I finally watched Sherlock Holmes. Good acting, but for the most part, all style, no substance.

That's pretty much the consensus. They'll have a chance to do better, next time.

I found it enjoyable to watch, and Robert Downey Jr. is almost always great, but it definitely was not as good as it could have been. I think they've already signed for a sequel.

Anybody seen "Into Temptation"? Only reason I'm interested is I dig Kristen Chenoweth. Wondering if it'd be worth the rental.

I thought it was absolutely awesome. Should have won Best Picture, and I wonder if years from now it becomes one of those years in which we look back and say, "THAT won instead of THAT?!"
