    "Unstoppable."

I was entertained. And it was filmed near my parent's home area, and according to the storyline the train full of students pulled off the main line in my dad's little hometown, the place I also lived for the first 18 months of my life before moving to what I call my hometown.

I'm looking forward to 'The Black Swan.' I really disliked 'The Kids Are All Right.'

The Golden Globe Nominations were released. Could we possibly not have a thread on that? :D

As I noted earlier, this is the year's most underrated movie.

But the actual event took place in Ohio, not Pennsylvania. Not sure why they placed it in Penn.

Ohio doesn't test well with focus groups nationwide.

Buck - I'm very much looking forward to The Black Swan. At the very least, we get some raunchiness with Mila and Natalie.

It was a movie aimed at kids eight years old and up. They don't care about plot holes.

You mean their infatuation with all things British?

Oh, and Social Network was also named best movie of '10 by the Toronto Film Critic.

Except it was PG-13. More likely, it was aimed at women (and men) who have the hots for Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom.

Restrepo - Very good footage from the front lines of Afghanistan, but a mess otherwise. Tries to establish a connection to the people who die or are wounded in the film, but fails miserably. Would've worked better without the commentary from soldiers.

    Whip It.

Maybe I had too much to drink or I'm just in love with Ellen Page, but I liked it. Hip soundtrack. Good female cast. And, hey, a Daniel Stern sighting.

I think it's both. I enjoyed it despite two things: 1. itself and 2. Drew Barrymore, who CONSISTENTLY makes me want to punch her in the face just for existing.
