Yesterday I watched all these movies from beginning to end (and all for the first time). Needless to say, I took full advantage of my day off.

    -My Cousin Vinny
    -Tremors 2
    -The Usual Suspects
    -Reservoir Dogs
    -Pulp Fiction

Today before work I watched Blade Runner (theatrical cut), but I had seen it a few times.

I watched "The Dilemma" last night. What a fantastic movie.

Now, don't get me wrong, I think you have to like Kevin James/Vince Vaughn but this movie hit all the right notes for me and came across as genuine.

I was invested in the characters and genuinely cared about what was going to happen to them and that doesn't happen very often nowadays.

Getting ready to pop in "Arthur" now ...

    Thought "The Dilemma" was boring.

We just watched this the other night. Bri's "I'll let you fuck me in the ass later," line had us rolling. Good movie. Not great. John C. Reilly is filthy, per usual. And I loved that they used the Clay Davis/Wire schtick. Then again, I'm a Wire wonk.

    Liam Neeson and January Jones.

Not a bad movie. Nowhere near as good as Taken, though this had a plot a twist, whereas Taken was a straight out action, shoot-em up.

I figured the movie out about a halfway through.

I was not real impressed with January Jones. The acting was fine, but she wasn't used much in the movie and I was not real imprsssed with her beauty.
I don't watch Mad Men, but I keep reading/hearing about her. To me, she didn't fulfill the build up.

Yeah, I like Vaughn and James, but I didn't find either of their characters likable and the film didn't work for me at all.

Not a memorable year so far, right? Oscar is still wide open.

    Tremors 2?

Was The Last Starfighter already checked out?

I saw The Zookeeper last night...

My kids loved it. I thought it was dumb, but not without entertainment value.

Maybe he did eenie-meenie-miney-mo and Tremors 2 won out over C.H.U.D.
