Watched "The Conspirator," the Robert Redford-directed film about the trial of Mary Surratt after Lincoln's assassination.

Very well done movie with some really strong performances, especially by James McAvoy. Robin Wright was very good as well.

Kevin Kline was underused, but it was strong nonetheless.

This movie looked interesting, but I heard it was pretty boring. No?

I enjoyed it, but I could understand people thinking it's boring. I know, for instance, that I wouldn't recommend it to two of my friends because they'd never sit through it. I found the story interesting, but it's not exactly "A Few Good Men."

Yeah, "A Few Good Men" is one awesome courtroom drama. Also, "Primal Fear," as far as more recent movies go...

    And "My Cousin Vinny"

Primal Fear is an all-timer... I watched it a few months ago and I thought it held up remarkably well.

    'Daredevil' was terrible.
For every good comic book movie there are about 20 dreadful ones.

We just watched '1981' last night. French Canadian movie. Fantastic.

I haven't seen it in years, but that was a helluva good movie. Damn, Edward Norton can act.

I think that was his first film. I remember reading that he lied during his audition and said he had been in a few other projects because he was worried they wouldn't take him seriously.

Sadly, I don't. Might have to see if I can dig up a cheap copy on Amazon.

I'm apparently the only person who liked Daredevil.
