Got one movie on the DVR I want to see. Can't remember the name, but it's the one with Jason Bateman where Aniston somehow gets pregnant with his sperm without him knowing. Something like that.

It'll probably suck, but I like Jason Bateman, so I'll watch.

The thread is 289 pages long and has been around since Dec. 29, 2008. I think it can sustain a temporary thread-jack.

I think that's called The Switch. I like Bateman and Aniston both, but I cannot make myself want to see that movie. No idea why.

You were focusing on her eyes?? ;D

Actually, I recall reading that she put in contact lenses to change the color of her eyes for the movie. Can't remember why.

    And I agree it's a great film.

As does Netflix. I'm certain they didn't run out. They ration;they have to. They don't know how long somebody's going to keep that movie.

The Saw franchise is hideous. The method is ugly (and ridiculous beyond words) but the message is utterly disgusting.

Yeah, if you're not into murder porn. Judging by the money that franchise made, lots of people are.

I don't mind veering to spout off about a movie or even the whole Red v. Net debate...but to have a pithy dick-measuring contest in the middle of it? Grow up.

That said...I am watching National Lampoon's European Vacation that I DVR'd off HBO last night. Fuck yeah!

Would you rather have a loquacious dick-measuring contest?

That said...anyone seen Young Adult yet?

'Tinker, Tailor, Solider, Spy' A bit muddled in parts, but the tone was impressive and the acting superb. Really rallied at the end.

Re-watched 'Moneyball.' So impressive. My top sports movie.

I thought Moneyball was pretty disappointing: slow, undramatic and forgettable. Philip Seymour Hoffman as Art Howe (who is more than two decades his senior) was one of the strangest castings I've ever seen.
