laura bush, imbecile

  1. I'm sure he did say that.
I'm also sure that the rest of the country includes a) the Kurds, who have their own country now and are happy, and b) desert.
More bombs today, by the way.

The cries from these whiners were evident when the FIRST casualty of the war occurred.

I just realized Yawn went past 1,000 posts. Man, that was fast. The funny thing is 99 percent of his posts are about Hillary, liberals and gays, and the other 1 percent is American Idol.

Oh, and I still love you.

Noting the death of troops in Iraq=Whining?

Yawn, why do you hate the troops?

I said the FIRST death. You idiots were just waiting for that, believing that current warfare is surgical and clean, with no casualties.

People die in war. It's unfortunate, and tragic, but if we'd shuddered at even one casualty, we'd (pick any): be kneeling before the Queen, looking to Richmond, Va., as our nation's capital, hanging Hitler's paper or hailing the Emperor of Japan, etc., etc., etc.

Do you really think soldiers go to war thinking your way?

What way? That Laura Bush is an imbecile? Yeah. Probably a bunch do. Thanks for asking.

    Fellow Soliders:

Welcome on board in our attempt to liberate Iraq and give people a chance to establish democracy.

Please note, we're not going on a dangerous mission. Bring your sunglasses and fishing rods. We'll pack a few military bass boats as we'll be spending much more time off the Persian Gulf than in the desert. But in case you're in Baghdad, we hear the Euphrates has great fishing opportunities.

    Again, welcome aboard.

Whatever you're spreading, Yawn, it doesn't smell like democracy.

Your way doesn't fertilize it either.

People will understand the sacrifice we have to make if it's for a clearly defined goal, such as fighting for our independence and fighting someone who directly attacked us and our allies.

That's the problem with Iraq. What are our soldiers dying for? We're essentially babysitting a civil war between the Sunnis and Shiites, or helping the Shiites slaughter the Sunnis (as some see it).

Of course, it doesn't help people accept the sacrifice when the reason we're told we're going to war (WMDs) turns out to be completely false.
