    That's kind of an absurd argument. Because they are opposed to the uncertainty, they must automatically be in favor or something they dislike even more but would remove the uncertainty?

    The case they have made is that nobody wants to hire anyone -- keeping unemployment higher than it would otherwise be -- because of the "uncertainty" of the costs of the new health-care system. If the argument was that they didn't like the new system, that would be one thing. But the argument is that the lack of knowledge about the true costs is preventing the resurgence of the American economy.

    If that's the case, single-payer removes all of that uncertainty.

    There is probably an endless list of right-wing attorneys who'd be perfectly happy to work pro bono as her counsel.
