money: i agree with cadet. if this was on the 'anything goes' board, it would be fine to BS. If you need a place to continue your W2 rant, please take it there or elsewhere.

the JTO board is not the place.

Greatest thread ever? No way. It isn't about Martinsville or Roswell.

Ducky, no one have mention the W2 situation. You also needs to find another site to visit. This is the anything goes board. You can't tell anyone what to say. I think you and cadet needs to get a life. I still say Cadet was being too serious. How do that sound for BS. Not enough attention at home?

This sure isn't the Anything Goes board. This is the journalism topics only board and when a thread like this pops up, someone thinks there have been more layoffs or more have been announced. I think it's you who needs to find a new site to visit.

Cadet and Ducky are valued members of our community. Both are outstanding people, and I know I, for one, value their opinions a lot. You should learn to do the same.

    Money,

Stop while you are ahead. I don't feel like going through the last 50 posts to see where you began to go wrong, it's a waste of my time.

Keep this board serious, or I'll punch you in the head.

Do the furlough forms seriously say you are to have no contact with the newspaper staff in your week off? I am truly hoping that's the case when mine hits.

    Ours didn't have that stipulation.

I was able to take a full week off and have already lined up a week's worth of work with a relative to make up for the difference in pay.
