This is easy. Take the advice of letting the inner pot cool. The bottom can burn before things are done. But it’s simple and quick.

I make that Delish chicken & rice recipe all the time. It's so good and flavorful.

Here's another that I recommend. SO GOOD. So easy.

I cook at least one meal a week in it. Super easy (once you figure out the order to press the buttons in), takes less time than stovetop or oven.

Alice uses the instant pot to make chicken stock out of our rotisserie chicken carcasses. Then she uses it for mushroom risotto using the stock. Delicious, although I don't have the recipe here and she's out. Uses both dried and fresh mushrooms.

I really don't know since I thought the question was about an air fryer. Instant pot? I that what they use to call a pressure cooker?

It’s an all in one thing. Pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice maker, general pot. I’m actually really curious if I could do a baked potato in the instant pot. If I could have it take less than hour, that would be great.

Poking holes in it is an idea but I’m still curious how the pressure doesn’t squish it.

Did yours come with a recipe book? The spicy bowtie pasta one is very easy - cook some Cajun sausage in a pan on the side and add that to it.
