That blind date scene, it was almost like Woody Allen used to work in advertising.

I laughed too at the subway line. Those property values have gone way up, but not because of the subway line.

Ginsberg is weird, but I can't blame him for that date. Having your father set you up is pretty awkward.

So will the RFK assassination episode be next week or in two weeks?

I think they'll skip over it. Do they still represent Nixon?

Yeah, but I didn't mean that it was strange he didn't bang the fix-up date. I mean it's strange that a semi-worldly, college-educated guy is a virgin in the free love era.

I thought they hit that out of the park, from Don's monologue to giving Ginsberg more definition in just a few brushstrokes to the look on Peggy's face when Abe mentions children. It would've been easy to bungle an episode about the MLK assassination, but it was great.

Pete is such a complex person that they've walked him away from the brink of being outright evil to a place where, even if you're not rooting for him, you don't want something terrible to happen to him.

FWIW, he told his dad he likes girls. His life is his job & being home with his dad + he showed he wasn't exactly smooth around women.
