I guess it's just "the 60s" but damn the fashion and hair from show to show is crazy. Pete's hairline is receding faster than....um something that recedes quickly. Bob's nuthugging shorts, YIKES! And Harry's sideburns.....whoa there partner. Oh, that's right, you're not a partner.

I'm thinking instead of being made partner, Harry is going to be told to take a hike, son.

Harry's going to be one of those guys like who started in advertising then ends up with a TV empire by pioneering made-for-TV specials and sports events like The Superstars, The Skins Game and the Billy Jean King/Bobby Riggs match.

The pillow talk from Betty to Don was just tremendous. She just absolutely crushed him. As as polarizing as she can be, it was easily the best scene for her since she was in the back yard shooting a gun back in what, season 2?

I'm going to pass on the spinoff with the running title of 'The Adventures of Pete Campbell in Wichita, Kansas'

Pete Campbell is Willy Loman, without the charm, the family and Arthur Miller.

I wonder if Wichita was just a throw away line or something Duck, Pete or another character will come back to. Coleman and several airplane manufacturers were huge in Wichita at the time. Pizza Hut was about to blow up and Charles and David Koch would be at the head of Koch Industries within two years.

Had to love the scene when the firms merged and Roger fired the one guy. Evisceration is the world that came to mind.

    All is not lost, hondo.

I refer you to "Lost and Delirious," 2001. Jessica Pare and ... Piper Perabo.
