There were so many good moments, big and small, in this episode. Johnny Dangerously did a great job listing many of them.

A terrific episode for Joan. Loved the closing with Pete.

I squirmed during the Joan/Peggy argument.

I squirmed even more watching Roger, who I love and want (or at least wanted) to have an affair with, look so old and out of touch and simply wrong.

    He's amazing. I want a spinoff.

I also enjoyed how Joan at first tried to rewrite history and say she had been supportive of Peggy from the start, and how Peggy called her on it.

I didn't like the hostility between Joan and Peggy. If anyone should want to screw over Pete, it should be Peggy.

So, who had Sally in the betting pool?

In an episode all about reveals, my favorite was that Stan Rizzo has a sexy-time voice.

    Which part?

Sally discovering Don and Sylvia is the first part that comes to mind, but really I found all of it enthralling. Except for the absence of Joan, which was handled nicely by all the Johnnie Walker ads.

I'm envisioning Sally onstage for Let's Make a Deal and Monty Hall asking her, "Do you want what's behind door number 1, door number 2 or door number 3?" And Sally just says, "to hell with that. Every time I open a door I find people screwing behind it."

That beach trip must've ended in disappointment for Joan.
