The kid is Matthew Weiner's son ... seriously.

He is lucky he did not get caught in his suit pants zipper. That would have proved to be very painful.

He must have been to drunk to realize that he was in the privacy of his own apartment.

Was he pissed that she left right after the sex? I thought that, but Mrs. W said that he gave her the cold shoulder the next day and the money so that she wouldn't get any ideas that it was anything more than a one-time thing.

When the blonde consultant talked about him being a type, it's funny that he goes and sleeps with the yound secretary (a line which he hasn't crossed before) just like Roger.

And man, you actually felt bad for Roger there.

It was worse than that. He acted as if didn't happen. Period. He didn't apologize, he didn't even mention it.

Don's an asshole a lot of the time but the way he treated Allison in this episode was vile.

What would have been the right thing to do?

Seems awkward in whatever he would have said.

Not suggesting he did the right thing but just wondering what the right thing is.

The right thing to do is acknowledge that it happened, not hand her a card with money. Treated her like the prostitute in the previous episode.

I suppose it's too old-fashioned to suggest she could have said no?

He looks like the type of kid who will be strangling kittens before too long.

It's not about whether she said yes or no. It's about how you treat people you've shared intimacy with, especially someone you a) work with and b) have authority over.
