I've said it before and I'll say it again ... Betty is an awful, awful person.

And just when I thought she was going to redeem herself, she has the housekeeper take her daughter to the psychiatrist rather than take her herself.

    That was excellent.

I know I've seen the actor who played the main Honda guy before (the old guy, not in this series), but I can't place him.

Betty is no Danny Tanner, that's for sure.

Although I don't know how Full House would have even handled a masturbating 10-year old...Add that last sentence to the list of things I would never type.

Pretty good one. Pretty serious things. Pretty funny things. The kind of mix that makes this such a great show.

The head Honda guy has been in a million things. His name is Sab Shimono.

I think he was on the episode of Seinfeld where the Japanese TV network was trying to recruit Jerry to star in the "Super Terrific Happy Hour." (Also the one where Kramer had the three Japanese guys sleeping in his dresser).

Just sayin, Illya Kuryakin was HOT.

You can never find a good Man from U.N.C.L.E rerun when you need it.

He was also the toady, sneaky bad guy in "Gung Ho."

I just looked him up on IMBD. He's been in a ton of stuff. I was mistaking him for the guy from Karate Kid II, who wanted to fight Miyagi.

Apropo that Betty will be seeing a therapist meant for children once a month, as well.

I'll say Betty is due for a complete breakdown again by the end of the season.

She comes up small, a lot.

Read a good piece on the Onion AV Club a few weeks ago that theorized that Betty Draper is, essentially, a young Livia Soprano.

    Great episode.

It's clear Roger Sterling cannot handle being minimized in this new set-up, especially not by the sniveling little Pete Campbell. I can't wait to watch this dynamic heading forward.

Listening to one of Simmons' podcasts and he and House/Jacko (can't remember which one) had two predictions:

    1. Joan's husband will get killed in Vietnam. (Can easily see that happening.)

    2. And something very bad is going to happen to Sally Draper. (Also can easily see that happening.)

I thought the mean-spirited, shitty Betty line of the night was when she said to Henry, "You're soft." It was said in such condescending tones. Betty must be one fabulous romp in the sack for men to want to put up with that shit.
