But that's the problem with Roger, his client book is very empty right now and Pete is bringing the business, so Roger is very close to being superfluous. Believe me, if you see your partners still getting a cut but not generating anything, it bugs the hell out of you.

Pete Campbell is fucking brilliant, and Betty Draper is fucking enormous.

 

I'm guessing ol January Jones was either a) pregnant or b) still with baby weight during some filming, so they played with it and added the fat makeup and suit for the character. Or c) all that placenta eating has made the actress and thus character fat.

January Jones peaked for me with Double J's avatar. I've read a couple of stories relating how she was an absolute pill on the set. Thid kids hated her. Of course, they might not be able to tell between Betty Draper and January Jones, but still. Both she and the character seem extremely unlikeable.
