Don Draper: The kind of guy that gets naked and runs out in the snow and barks at the moon
Dick Whitman: The guy who does the same thing in your living room.

One of them I have to deal with.

What is everyone's take on Roger Sterling's about face to Draper?

I have a feeling this is not going to end well, like a Draper/Roger decision going in Draper's favor and Sterling out on the street.

Yeah, I'm betting Draper is not going to end the season still working for Sterling.

SPOILERS - Do we need to type this?

I have a feeling the new hot (alcoholic) wife plus his daughter's wedding the day after JFK's assination will just crush Roger. Maybe eat a gun or a drug addiction?

If you listen to Tony K on Simmons' podcast (I know, I know, but Tony freeking carries it) they have a very good Mad Men discussion.

Draper realizing that he cost his wife a chance at the country club was a tough moment. Maybe Draper fights back to gain a membership? We have seen Draper protect the wife, and dancing in the moonlight on the grounds could have been some foreshadowing.

I think we see the Texan again, though. I have a feeling he is a big, big hitter financially. Oil?

Something about when Draper was having marital troubles, somehow they got back together. They did the "right" thing. Sterling? He dumped his wife and married some 20-year-old.

I think Don's "everyone thinks you're being foolish" remark were his own thoughts. He's actually looking down his nose at Sterling. He thinks less of him.

Sterling now senses this. Draper is not like him.

The big hitter at the bar Draper was talking to was Conrad "Connie" Hilton and founder of the Hilton Hotels chain.
Or at least his name and San Antonio, New Mexico fits Hilton's bio. Also, as Ben_H noted, I think, the actor looks like Hilton as well.
Best guess is that Hilton gets involved with the ad agency down the line, mostly because of the chance meeting at the bar with Draper. Or it might have been a little easter egg to the fans for people to figure out who the guy was and nothing more.

Draper bringing the Hilton account to Sterling/Cooper appears a good bet.

Loved the latest episode. Jai lai? - ha, ha, ha.... I never quite know how to react to this show, like Rescue Me, it's funny, its dark as hell, it's just plain odd. You never quite know what is just around the corner or in the shadows. Peggy/Margaret, her mother "you're going to get raped" - holy crap.

It was one of the best episodes of Mad Men ever. So much happened in less than an hour - jai alai, Patio's failure, Daddy's death, independent Peggy ... oh shit, and Kitty and Sal, too.

I loved when the client said he was afraid of his jai alai star Pachi taking balls to the face. The look on Campbell's face was hilarious.

You could drive a truck through this opening re Sal, but I'll resist.

And they're really overdoing it re Peggy.
    She's in the vanguard.
She gets it. WE get it.
Ease up on the pedal, a bit.
