Poor Harry, gets a little rope and he chokes himself because he's lost in his newfound power and politically inept in office politics.

Pete puts something long and thin in his mouth even though he shouldn't-and keeps his job. Sal doesn't...and...hijinks ensue.

I like the slogan at the bottom of the second one -- did they really think "L.S./M.F.T." was catchy?

Wow...some serious shit tonight ... Betty finds the box with the old photos and Don's divorce decree from the California chick. The Brits are going to cut bait and sell Sterling Cooper.

Weird sequence with the school teacher's brother. Maybe Don sees some of his confusion in the guy.

And Paul discovers that Peggy is smarter than him

Perfect line from Lane when he's talking to his wife about life n the US (slight paraphrase); "In the entire time I've been here no one's asked me which school I attended". Because that question in GB would identify your class right away.

Peggy gets the ad game, and Paul doesn't.
Paul needs to change vocations, and pronto.

And great call on the class biz. I know many Brits who're delighted they left the Old Country because of all that horseshit.

As much as I dig Don Draper, this show flies higher when Joan and Roger Sterling are in the mix.

OK, I just started watching this, and on S1E9.

Who is this Duck person people have referenced?

You're too far behind. Get the season 2 at Best Buy and catch up.

More like he sees his brother in the teacher's brother. He even says something along the lines of, I promised I'd do this right one of these times.
