I honestly didn't think anyone would choose more than 3 or 4, since the BBWAA rarely elects more than that many.

Raines deserves it. Not sure about Schilling

The early front-runner for worst ballot:

Juan Vene, who goes with Maddux, Glavine, Morris and Smith

My ballot is the same as Rubin's with one exception, McGwire instead of Morris.

For those of you with a vote, I would love to know why you don't think Raines belongs. I don't even think it's a question.

Raines is gonna see is percentage dip back under 50 percent because he's a hall of famer on a list with more than 10 hall of famers. Unless you do strategic voting, it's tough to get him in there.

If that is true, it's just another byproduct of the bullshit the voters pulled last year.

It should have never, ever have gotten to this point. I would love to hear a rational argument that keeps him out.

The writers have no one to blame but themselves. And guys like Raines have paid the price.

CORRECTION. MAJOR CORRECTION. I just went back to the copy of my ballot, and I had Raines, not McGwire. Please excuse the error. I had the 2012 and 2013 ballots mixed up.

I voted for Raines again this year.

According to our little poll here, only Maddux will be going in (46 of 49 at moment).
