The common denominator is people looking for an excuse to post like a jackass, to shit all over a thread and blame somebody else. Congratulations. You must be so proud of yourself.

Probably. Bagwell is probably going to have the tougher time, though I think he is more deserving.

Ever since the button disappeared with a board revamp I haven't been able to figure out how to do it. Any help?

Missed this one through all the childish piling on (by the way, thank you to LTL for proving my point).

If you had put the point in its proper context rather than attempting to mislead everybody, something like what you suggest might have been appropriate. However, you chose to take a dishonest approach to the discussion and that also merits a response.

Reilly raises an interesting point. It would be a little easier to stomach if not for the underhanded stunt he pulled on Sosa, but at least he sees the hypocrisy involved in the current approach to Hall of Fame voting.

Biggio will make it in. I'd like to see Bonds and Palmiero make it too. No question that Bonds was blackballed in his effort to gain 3,000 hits and Palmiero has the credentials. Pete Rose the player deserves to be there too.

    This is not piling on.
This is a group intervention, chief.
    Please fix yourself.

Do we seriously have to lock a Hall-of-Fame thread?

Ok. I admit it. He made me laugh with this one.

Why do I picture Elliotte saying this like Wayne Brady: "Does Wayne Brady have to CHOKE a bitch?"
