Why would the plaintiff settle now? MSG is probably going to have to pay punitive damages, unless I heard wrong. And even of they don't, she has a guilty verdict, why settle? Am I missing something?

 

Exactly. This man has routinely demonstrated that, outside of physically playing basketball, he is utterly out of his league in nearly everything he does. Now, he's been demonstrated to be a complete utter asshole to those that work for him as well.

I have no idea how anyone would ever hire him for the position of janitor let alone as an executive.
