Am I imagining things or does Boba Fett escape the Sarlacc pit in the rerelease of ROTJ? Lucas put so many stupid extras in those movies on re-release (although making the Imperial fleets bigger made sense) with CGI, etc. Of course, changing the Han-Greedo, who-shot-first thing was the most egregious. But I swear, ROTJ shows Boba Fett fly out at the last second.

    You are imagining things.

They offered up the theory. The Sarlacc was killed by a Krayt Dragon, allowing him to escape. Remember, the digestive process was supposed to take a thousand years.

The book (not the ROTJ novelization) had it another way. He used a grenade and crawled his way out.

Gotcha. I never read that one. I read a little about it tonight, and apparently, that one was edged out of canon even before Disney dumped most of the old books into Legends.

    Burr does some quality work.

I have a lot of questions about this episode. Many of them just at face value.

It is a little jarring to see the tunic sticking out beneath the armor rather than the flight-suit style of ROTJ.

I heard they were doing this a while ago, but now the Disney+ series has a title: Andor.

Two audio observations that shouldn’t be spoilers:

Was that the first imperial to sound like was raised in lower Alabama? The guys falling and not do wilhelm screams was sort of jarring.
