Burr has been really good in both episodes he’s been in. Sneaky good casting.

Hard to believe next one is the season finale. Read season 3 is going to be on a grander scale.

This seems to be serving as the running Star Wars thread, so here's another first look. There aren't any real details, but it has Patty Jenkins directing, so that's promising.

In the episode with Michael Biehn as the gunslinger, they really missed an opportunity in the showdown where Mando could have said, "I'm your huckleberry."

    Fantastic.

Most recent episode dropped in a TPS report line that got a chortle outta me. Love Office Space.

Ok, so why didn’t the computer block that person after it scanned their face?

That made little sense. It was as if it just scanned to see if the person had a face or not. Why wouldn't it scan for recognize Imperials?

My hypothesis is that facial recognition wouldn’t have worked for that back when all the troopers were clones, so the Imps were only looking for faces of known troublemakers.

No chance he’s a former imperialist, right? Or has a twin?

They added the facial scanner for a reason. Maybe just to show Mando has doubt or loves the kid that much?

That probably makes the most sense. But, yeah, it was basically a way to force Din to take off the helmet to prove his devotion to the kid for the audience (and give Pedro a little face time). It also shows he’s probably questioning “The Way” more and more.
