    Jetes has his work cut out for him. But, no matter what happens the rest of the way he has had a successful year. He shut up the doubters and is back to his old form.

    It has been well-documented that attendance spikes for teams when the Yankees come to play.

    I really do wonder if there has been a player who has played in front of more fans than Jeter. I would think it would have to be a modern player (last 25 years) and someone that has played a long career for mostly winning teams.

    I don't really see a question there. I don't think any of you expected Jeter to play as well as he has this year. And it's kind of sick that I sense many of you are disappointed he didn't fall flat on his face this year.
