Winston looked good in presser. Very confident. Said he would throw tomorrow. I like that.
    Nothing to hide.

You can ask DocTalk, but if they did a nerve conduction test it could involve a winged scapula, and serious nerve issues and the ability to throw.

I thought so too. His language was more polished than we've seen in the past, maybe because he wasn't jacked up after the game, but he sounded good. And he definitely was confident. I don't imagine the shoulder things is anything that won't be cured with some rest before camp.

Good thing the NFL is having the draft in Chicago not New York. Those Chicagoans are nice and genteel/ Those damned New Yorkers would have been screaming Fuck her right in the pussy when he went to shake Rog's hand

Not a big fan of Winston talking that crap about being in the Super Bowl next season. That kind of talk, the several previous issue - easily put under the umbrella or poor judgment - and the lingering questions about his arm? Pass.

What's wrong with a college kid sharing his dreams of playing in the Super Bowl and having a Hall of Fame career? And being confident that he can achieve that? And what lingering questions about his arm? Unless the doctors find something, I don't think it's a concern at all.

"One thing about me, I plan on winning the Super Bowl next year." | Test the B sample.

Meh. I got no problem with it.

I've always wondered why anyone would want a player or coach who DOESN'T plan to win the Super Bowl.

Then fourth-string quarterback Tom Brady introduced himself to Bob Kraft at rookie camp as "I'm going to be your quarterback." Without insane levels of self-confidence, you can't be a quarterback at all.

Heard Mariota say that he has not been in a huddle or called a play from a huddle since HS.
Makes the NFL seem less evolved than college football in someways.

Terrible thing to have goals and the gall to talk openly about them. Fuck him.
