He was drunk and unconscious in public, Yes. But he wasn't "fucking up." The guy was passed out and not bothering anyone. As I've said before (and apparently some of you are so thick you can grasp this simple fact) the idiots putting trash on his head, taking pictures and finally the teabagger certainly had the option of just going about their business, buying their food and leaving.
All the guy did was pass out. That doesn't excuse any kind of assault.

 

Whenever I read stuff like this, it gives me all the more incentive to stay away from bars and places where people get passed out drunk.

It is beyond me how people can defend the 32-year-old teabagger. Not only is he a married adult, he's a father with a growing family, and this is what he acts like after a few beers? And I'm so sure this was the first time he's ever done anything like this. I don't care if he was drunk or not, he knows better and therefore it should not be considered a "prank" like some of you idiots think. I'd sue the fuck out of him if I were the LSU kid.
