    These two could have been easily confused by Indiana passing an NRA-backed law that spelled out when you get to shoot a cop. Very vaguely spelled out:

    There is a case to be made, for sure, against police brutality, and against the militarziation of the police. But this ain't the way to make it.

    At this point, police are sure that the man who was shot and killed inside Wal-Mart was a concealed-carry holder who did confront Jerad Miller. The details about that confrontation are still sketchy, but what is clear is that he didn't know there was a second shooter, who killed him.
