The number of people annually killed in the U.S. by such weapons is, RELATIVELY SPEAKING, trivial.

 

That's how I understood it, too. People definitely are most concerned about the rampage shootings. I don't know that they think there's an easy fix for inner-city shootings that would Constitutional.
