The coverage is just as horrible across the pond. I've never been so bored watching a Major. It has more to do, though, with the lack of any good golf shots. The commentators just noted in fact how this type of golf is not as fun for the viewers to watch.

With all this backing up, I'd like to say we're going to have a Sunday shootout, but not this year.

Appleby triples 17. This is just incredible.

+2 might seriously win this thing. And everyone sitting at +11 might end up with exemptions into next year's Master with the top 16 rule.

My son and I are watching three things at once - went back to Masters and he'd gone from -1 to plus 2. All on one hole, eh? Ain't going to win the Masters that way.

Tiger wins by three. Mark it down.

Moddy, Appleby's drive on 17 went into the bunker on ... 7.

Hit the lip coming out. Third shot into the bunker. Fourth on the green. Three-putt.

Tiger now one back. Feherty just said it and he might be right: Tiger could be in the lead by the time this massacre is finished.

Scratch my prior prediction. Plus four wins tomorrow.

Best thing Tiger's done all day is stop playing! He'll take the lead sitting on his ass.
And, yeah, that'll get you to a triple pretty easily.

I'm willing to chalk it up to the chill and the wind, but this is boring as bat-shit to watch. I'll watch because it's the masters, but damn.. this sucks.

Hell, whoever manages to shoot par tomorrow is going to win. Has anyone shot 69 today? Will anybody tomorrow? Did you ever think you'd watch an entire weekend at Augusta and not see one round in the 60's? I hope this is a one-year abherration. If this is what Hootie had in mind with the changes, I hope the ghost of Bobby Jones gives him a rap on the shin with a mashie.

Gotta love the fact that Hootie is no longer chairman and not in a position to answer the questons.

Only round under par today was a 70 by Goosen.

Tiger and Lee Westwood shot 72.

    Everyone else over par.
