And the excellent Larry Dorman confirms my response: that by lengthening the course beyond reason and adding those pine trees, the Men of the Masters removed the elements of strategy that defined Augusta National as one of the elite courses on the planet.

The course needed some lengthening. It didn't need rough or more pine trees.

 

The NFL ended three months ago, regardless of what ESPN thinks.

Just because the Masters ended Sunday doesn't mean discussion about it has to.
