Seems like Redskins fans and coaches have forgotten that. Throw a guy like that out on the field with no depth at running back, a geriatric as one of your top receivers and an (at-best) mediocre line, and you should be thanking your lucky stars that your team is 4-4.

As a Redskins fan, I'm not sweating it much since it's painfully obvious that McNubb isn't going to be here next year.

Realistically, the Skins will prolly do no worse than 6-10 this year, which is better than last year. I'm good with that.

Start McNabb and claim Moss if you can.

If I said 18 months ago the Skins would start Grossman, Torian (not sure on spelling), Moss, Galloway and Cooley, I don't think you would be too happy.

If I said it would be McNabb, Moss, Moss, Torian, Cooley and Galloway, I think you would be excited.

Snyder owes it to the fans to try and win every game. Rexy is not the answer next season, so why play him now?

I don't think McNabb starting has been questioned. He was replaced for one series. He's still the starter.

If the line blows, which it does, and the quarterback stinks, which McNabb has this year, it won't matter which receivers you have running routes.

No one has said Grossman is the starter. Ever.

    My bad.

Since he's been with the Redskins.

Your two best wide receivers are a guy who should be sitting in a nursing home and a guy who's 5-foot-10. There is only so much Cooley can do.

Of course, McNabb's gonna have crappy numbers.

He'd have slightly better numbers if he'd quit throwing the ball into the ground every third throw.

This is a team that should win six games, tops, with its talent.

Is McNabb a Pro Bowl quarterback now? No. He's above average, that's about it. But he's far from the biggest problem on the team, not even in the top five.

mcnabb has always thrown every third ball in the ground.

Well, that USED to be OK because he was playing for the Eagles.
    Now it is totally unacceptable.
