McNabb a (benched) Redskin

Well they are basically 0-0 right now. Anything under .500 at this point would count as a big disappointment.

I agree with everything you said. Shanny is definitely becoming problem number one, there's no doubt. But I still think McNubb is a problem, even if it's not exactly the biggest problem. And I still can't see a scenario where McNubb returns next season. Just can't see it.

No rose-colored Shanny glasses here. Not anymore. Hell, I wanted Gruden in the first place anyway.

I think McNabb gets looks from Arizona and Minnesota next year.

And Shanahan may be the biggest liar in this town, which is saying something considering the work that goes on here. No way he lasts five years here. If he keeps up his blatant lying and bullshit the fans will revolt on him like they did on everyone else who runs the team.

Bruce Allen, the team's GM/fan appeaser, has his work cut out for him as he tries to get the fans to harken back to the days of the Hogs and all that old school nonsense.

    Well said.
Fact: Mike Shanahan has won one playoff game without John Elway. Genius? Did it take a genius to win two Super Bowls with Elway?
Don't get me started on the idiot son.

Well, he couldn't do it while Elway was actually a great player, so that's not a knock. How many did Shula win with Marino? (Fill in your own other examples).

They should go back to the gold pants full time for starters. P.S. Love your av. Still the greatest play of the year. WAR the Crab Bowl.

It always helps to have a real running game, and a legitimate ground defense.

Marino's insistance that the offense was always and forever going to revolve around him didn't
help. And, yes, I know he's a nice guy, off the field.

This crap has gotten out of hand. Now, Shanahan is called a racist?

Shanahan's no perfect coach himself, but the biggest problem with this team starts at the top. Wonder how much of this roster manipulating was done by Shanny and how much by Dan Snyder...

Far as anyone can tell, this is all Allen-Shanny. To his credit -- and from what's reported -- Snyder is pretty much keeping his nose out of shit....so far. We'll see how long that lasts.
