UPDATE!!!!!!!!!

I've been busy as piss last couple days. I've kept these Doc Scholls things on ye olde corn, and when the little bastard gets almost to the point where it's all the way gone, it comes back.

Not as sore as it has been previously, but is getting rather bothersome.

Me thinks a surgery is scheduled for around Midnight CST tonight, provided I have a fridge full of beer, the wife and kid is asleep, and I'm still conscious.
