Without delving too deep, the basis of any good BDSM relationship is trust. You/your partner trust that the boundry of whatever sort of kink will be pushed to the very edge, maybe further than was thought possible... but that the whole scene can be put on hold or completely called off with a single word. That's not something that develops in a few minutes or by pushing yourself on someone.

Fifty Shades is garbage which was spun off of bad "Twilight" FanFic. The movies are in many ways worse.
