Meanwhile on the International front....

Call me crazy but I could see the CIA blow up some random Israeli facility or maybe an empty El Al airplane in some random country then point the finger at Iran and say “even Steven” and both sides slink away.

 

Was Israel able to link Iran to the Hamas attack? It was always the supposition that Iran was at least a middleman in organizing the thing - or elements within Iranian government.

 

CBS News radio just reported at the top of the hour the State Department believes an Iranian drone and missle attack on Israel is imminent.

 

This hour, CBS reported Israeli war planes in the air.

 

So we missed the rapture with the eclipse on Monday but get end of days on Friday because of Jews and Arabs going to war?

Not sure the machinations behind this one. What does Iran get out of this unless it's looking for an opportunity to use its nukes? Which would be stupid.

 

Iran gets a free pop at Israel. Killing people on embassy soil is anathema to every diplomat. They will pretty much get a free pass on retaliation as long as the smack back is deemed to be "proportional".
