    Apparently, Hart believes she's been blacklisted by Disney/ABC. She's begged to be on Dancing With the Stars and they've denied her every time. Given the level of star they take on that show, I would think they'd be ecstatic to have someone like her on, who people actually recognize as an actual celeb.
